Function: Allows you to define different levels within your project, with different permission levels.
Step 1: Go to Add New User, add email address, name… if an organization leader or building leader/member assign to a building (drop down list is populated by the buildings you have already entered.)
Helpful Hint: If setting a password for someone, feel free to use the same one for some or many, such as using the word
energy or the name of your
company or
project. Makes remembering the password easy on all. User can reset password later.
Step 2: Click on
Add User at bottom of page . . .
